Refund Policy

1. Introduction

At PayAiro Inc. ("PayAiro", "we", "us", or "our"), transparency and fairness are central to how we operate. This Refund Policy outlines the terms, conditions, and procedures governing refund eligibility, requests, and processing for all users of our platform. Our goal is to ensure that our customers receive prompt and fair resolution in cases involving billing discrepancies, technical failures, or incomplete transactions, while maintaining compliance with applicable financial, consumer protection, and data security regulations. By using PayAiro's services, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this Refund Policy, which forms an integral part of the PayAiro Terms of Service.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will not be considered for successful or complete transactions.

Refunds may be considered for: (i) technical or system errors, failed transactions, or double charges reported immediately, or (ii) paid services not delivered as described. All refunds are subject to verification, and processing timelines may vary based on the complexity of the case.

PayAiro does not, under any circumstance, consider refunds or cancellations for successfully fulfilled or completed orders. Customers are advised to contact the merchant or receiver directly if they wish to seek a refund. Please note that PayAiro is not responsible for dispute resolution between the sender and the merchant or receiver.

PayAiro does not refund any transaction fees paid by the customer, including fees charged by third-party payment gateways, banks, or intermediaries.

3. Non-Refundable Services and Transactions

The following categories are strictly non-refundable:

Trading fees on completed buy, sell, or withdrawal transactions
Third-party charges imposed by banks, card networks, or payment gateways
Services already rendered or consumed
Promotional credits, bonuses, and referral incentives
Losses arising from market movements or user trading decisions
Refund requests submitted more than 30 days after the original transaction
Inadvertent or accidental user-initiated transactions, unless caused by a verified technical error on PayAiro's part
All crypto-asset transactions (purchases, sales, deposits, withdrawals, swaps, conversions, transfers), which are final and irreversible

4. Refund Request Procedure

All refund requests must be submitted to grievance@payairo.com and must include:

Registered name
Contact email
Account ID or PayAiro reference number
Transaction details (ID, date, amount)
Detailed explanation of the issue
Supporting documents

Approved refunds will be processed only to the original payment method used.

5. Processing Time and Payment Method

Approved refunds will be credited back to the same payment source used for the original transaction. Refund processing time: up to 15 business days after approval. PayAiro is not liable for delays arising from external payment networks or intermediary systems outside our control.

6. Liability Limitations

PayAiro is not responsible for losses resulting from market volatility, investment choices, or user-initiated trades. PayAiro shall not be liable for third-party service failures, including network outages or payment gateway downtimes.

7. Policy Updates and Revisions

This Refund Policy may be amended from time to time. Updated versions will be published on our website. Your continued use of PayAiro services after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.

9. External Transfers and Mandatory User Declaration

Before transferring fiat or crypto assets from PayAiro to any external wallet, exchange, or third-party platform, users confirm that such transfers are irreversible, not eligible for refunds, and outside PayAiro's control. Users must confirm the following before proceeding:

I have verified all transaction details before confirming.

I have double-checked the cryptocurrency type, amount, and network.

I confirm that the wallet address entered is correct.

I understand that completed transactions are final, irreversible, and not eligible for refunds.
